                   AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A SEWER EASEMENT
                   LOCATED ON LOTS 5 AND 6, PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE
                   199, DILLARD'S ADDITION TO LOOKOUT VALLEY, MORE
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby
         abandoned a sewer easement located on Lots 5 and 6, Plat Book 
54,
         Page 199, Dillard's Addition to Lookout Valley, as more
         particularly described in the map attached hereto.
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage as 
provided
         by law.
